At ORFA, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at orfa.ae@hotmail.com with clear images and details. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable. This includes sale items, promotional purchases, and gift cards.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
